Our story
We’ve been through it all — the corporate offices, the freelance hustle, teams that clicked and teams that didn’t. We’ve seen first-hand how a simple farewell card, a birthday message, or a “thank you” from colleagues can completely change someone’s day.
But we also know the reality: half the team works remotely, the card organiser is scrambling to get signatures, and the paper card sitting on someone’s desk gets signed by three people.
GatheredCards exists because we wanted to give teams what we didn’t always have ourselves — a simple, beautiful way to show people they matter. Every card on our platform is handcrafted by Julia with genuine care.
We’re not a big team. We’re two founders who believe that good workplace culture is built in the small moments: the goodbye cards, the birthday wishes, the “we’re going to miss you” from someone three time zones away.
