GatheredCards reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and any activity that occurs under your account.

Users are expected to post respectful and appropriate content. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

All card designs, artwork, and software are the intellectual property of GatheredCards. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please contact us — we aim to resolve issues fairly.

All contributions to collection pots are processed and held securely by Stripe. We never store your funds directly in our business bank accounts. The collection pot is limited to £100.

All gift card purchases and payments made towards gift cards or money pools are final and non-refundable. GatheredCards assumes no responsibility for any losses resulting from gift cards being shared with or claimed by the incorrect recipient. This includes instances where the gift card link is shared with the wrong person or an incorrect email address is provided.

Unclaimed gift cards will expire one year after their creation date. Once claimed, the expiration and redemption terms are governed by the specific gift card provider’s terms and conditions.

Our payment and gift card issuing partner performs comprehensive fraud verification checks on all transactions and reserves the right to decline any payment or redemption. Please allow up to 8–10 business days for voucher fulfilment. In the event we are unable to deliver a gift card due to fraudulent activity, all associated payments will be refunded.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of our products. However, we do not guarantee that these will be accurate, complete, or free of errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect actual colours. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time. Prices are subject to change.

GatheredCards is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform. Use is at your own risk.
